Our story
A small atelier making bags that outlive trends.

Hugora began in 2019 in a two-room workshop in Lisbon, with one cutting table and a stubborn belief that a bag should be repaired, not replaced. We started with a single tote. Today we make seven families of bags — from school bags to cabin holdalls — and every one is still assembled in the same building.
We work with two tanneries and one textile mill, all within a day's drive. That keeps our supply chain short, our quality checks personal and our footprint honest. Everything we sell carries a ten-year repair promise, and we publish what each material costs to make.
We don't run seasonal sales or chase micro-trends. We release a handful of designs a year, refine them, and keep them in the collection for as long as people carry them.
